I really like Everton and his abilities! The only suggestion I wish to make pertains to the rust he mentioned. We all know and expect to find rust under this wet Sea Side environment. If Everton had a rust inhibitor to apply that would prolong the life of equipment.

AC Service Call. Repair refrigerant leak and weld at condenser.
AC Maintenance Call. Perform routine maintenance per maintenance agreement on air conditioning split system
Install new air conditioning split system.
AC Service Call. Evaluate system to find unit is low on refrigerant. Recommend replacement due to age and current condition.
AC Repair. Evaluate system to find leak at joint. Repair leak and charge to factory specifications.
AC Repair Call unit leaking water. Evaluate system to find drain line was clogged. Clear drain line and unit is now cooling properly and is no longer leaking water.
AC Maintenance Call. Perform routine maintenance per maintenance agreement on air conditioning split system.
AC Repair Call unit is not cooling. Evaluate system to find defective capacitor. Replace capacitor and unit is now cooling.
AC Service Call. Install new TXV for First Company air handler.
AC Service Call. Evaluate system to to find TXV needs to be replaced. Will return to replace once part arrives.
