I really like Everton and his abilities! The only suggestion I wish to make pertains to the rust he mentioned. We all know and expect to find rust under this wet Sea Side environment. If Everton had a rust inhibitor to apply that would prolong the life of equipment.

AC Repair Call unit leaking water. Evaluate system to find drain line was clogged. Clear drain line and unit is now cooling properly and is no longer leaking water.
Install new air conditioning split system.
AC Maintenance Call. Perform routine maintenance per maintenance agreement on air conditioning split system.
AC Maintenance Call. Perform routine maintenance per maintenance agreement on Rheem air conditioning split system.
